Terms and Conditions of Puppy Sales
- All pet quality puppies sell with an AKC
limited registration. This does not mean the puppy has a genetic problem or
is not healthy, this is to protect my bloodlines and the bloodlines of
other breeders from entering the puppy mill population. Puppies sold with
a limited AKC registration are still eligible to participate in AKC
sanctioned agility and obedience events; however, they can not be used for
breeding. I strongly urge all pet quality puppies be spayed or neutered by
one year of age, if not sooner.

- A pedigree of both parents is provided for each puppy sold.
I will provide a health guarantee with regard to genetic conditions that can
be tested for, i.e. myotonia, progressive retinal atrophy, congenital
juvenile cataracts, and delayed onset cataracts. I will not replace a puppy
that becomes ill or dies because it was not properly vaccinated, fed or
cared for.

- Puppies do not leave my home until they are 8 to 9 weeks of
age with natural ears or 10 to 12 weeks of age if their ears are cropped.
This allows me to vaccinate each puppy at least twice before leaving my
home. Puppies are not weaned until they are 5 to 6 weeks of age. All
puppies are raised in my home and are handled by family members.

- Pet quality puppies sell for $900 with natural ears and
$1000 with cropped ears. Show puppies sell for $1100 to $1250. Puppies
that have their ears cropped also sell microchipped with a HomeAgain or Avid
chip. I do offer a discount if more than one puppy is purchased at the same
time.

- I require a $250 deposit to hold a puppy. This deposit is
refundable until a puppy or the litter reaches 8 weeks of age since this is
the age at which the ears are cropped. If you would like more information,
